Streamlined Order and Delivery Process​​

We strive to make your shopping experience as quick and straightforward as possible.

Order Processing

If we receive your order between Monday and Friday before 11 am (GMT), we aim to process and dispatch your items within 24hours. Orders placed after 11 am will typically be dispatched within 2 working days. 
Bespoke embroidered items will take 3-5working days before shipping. 
Please note that during peak periods, processing times may vary.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from the date you receive your order confirmation.

If you require a quicker delivery or a different courier service, please contact us at hello@knuffelbaby.co.uk prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.
